These clearance items are part of an inventory blow out sale to make room for new inventory. The clearance inventory selection is a mix of two different generations of cabinet carcasses with slightly different construction and varied carcass exterior color. The underside of the clearance wall cabinets is either finished with matching door color, or a natural wood color. Skin panels and toe kick covers are required for a cohesive finished look. Clearance inventory is subject to change daily. If one product item doesn’t show a clearance item option, then the clearance inventory for that item is sold out. Mixing regular and clearance items for the same order is permitted.
